I am Aljona,

What I BELIEVE IN
I believe that life experiences are not simply things that happen to us, but through us and for us.
I believe every human being already carries the wisdom they seek within themselves.
That the thoughts and emotions are not our enemies. But gateways to return to the Self.
And if we slow down enough, we can remember the truth that has always been there.
What I do
My work supports people in reconnecting with themselves through somatic coaching, meditation, and compassionate self-inquiry.
Many of us have learned to live disconnected from our bodies, emotions, needs, and inner truth. Constantly thinking, coping, performing, or trying to hold it all.
Together, we slow down enough to listen.
Not to “fix” who you are,
but to gently uncover the layers of conditioning, protection, and self-abandonment that may be keeping you separated from your sense of Self and the life you want.
This work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, nervous system awareness, and honesty.
The intention is not perfection or constant positivity, but a sense of clarity, self-trust, wholeness, and connection with yourself and the world around.
My mission is to guide you back to (your)Self that is whole,
through the body, where your wisdom lives.
Together, we move beyond unconscious patterns, beliefs and learned reactions
into self-trust, clarity, and a sense of connection.
I hold space for you to feel what you’ve learned to avoid,
to shed who you’re not,
and to take responsibility for the life you say you want.
